I think the labeling is 1, 4, 8, C(common), and 2. I'm not sure what the pin called o or 0 is for. The numbers are the weights of the various switches. For example if the switch is in the "A" position then the pins labeled 8 and 2 should be shorted to C(common). It might also be an inverted switch so that 8 and 2 are open.
