A big hello to all you fellow solderers out there.

I have discovered a number of these components in a box, they test like an SCR (battery and bulb test) with the gate switching it on and holding while-ever the voltage at the cathode is present, but my problem is I can't find any datasheet for them.

The nearest I have been is for an AC03d which was a triac, but I don't feel confident just assuming that the specs would be similar enough.

So if anyone has any info please let me know, maybe Eric will recognise them, he seems to be rather a sleuthe with the unknown parts (thanks again for the previous answer Eric :) )

Anywayany info gratefully received, thanks again..........Al
