P Pommie Well-Known Member Most Helpful Member Aug 5, 2020 #2 Does that say 100R on them and are they in parallel ? If so you need a 50ohm 20W resistor. Mike.

D Diver300 Well-Known Member Most Helpful Member Aug 7, 2020 #5 I suggest a wirewound resistor, which you can mount on a convenient bit of metal nearby. Something like this:- https://au.element14.com/arcol/hs50-50r-j/resistor-wirewound-50-ohm-5-axial/dp/2478208 That would be generously rated, but it's not a lot of money for a one-off, and it will be running much cooler than the ones that failed.

Click to expand... The two resistors are already wirewound.
