i'm want to build led sign board, led scrolling board, programmable ....

but i'm new for that..

so do you have any idea how to do this?

is there any way to learn about it? (from here or any site) fro beginning to programm..

please very urgent help me..

... sounds like a line from a horror film. Also have a look at the MAX7219. This will take a lot of the LED driving tedium away. How confident are you with programming? A PIC is an idea choice. Any one will do
