As far as I know AutoCAD electrical is AutoCAD with add-on originally developed by Via. It was later acquired by Rockwell and known as RS-Wire before being purchased by Autodesk. This is tool for generating electrical drawings (not electronic diagrams). It's features also include generation of panel layout, reports etc. To my knowledge it does not have circuit simulation capabilities.
i don't believe auto cad has the ability to run simulations. i've been using auto cad for a long time and haven't come across such an add-on or software . post this question on auto desk's site , maybe they can help you
