how can i get -5v switching supply

Hi all,
i need to generate -5V switching voltage from +5V input voltage so can anyone suggest me some circuit to achieve this.

How much current?
 
This one is only good for 300mA but shows what needs done. There are examples in the data sheet for +5 to -5.

From the data sheet BUT:
This circuit was designed to operate as shown in black below. I changed it. See the output goes to ground. And GND is now -5V (the new output) As it tries to lift ground it will push -5V down. The FB pin looks at (-5V and GROUND) and will stop when the output is -5V.
