hey

i have two part that i guess that they transistor but, i don't have any part number, all i have it's a few letter that write on the chip e.g.
the first transistor in sot23 package that wrote on the chip: C2
the second transistor in sot23 package that wrote on the chip: D2
and more
please help me how i can identify the part number?
it's very important me

you can try the SMD codebook
**broken link removed**

but identifying SMD parts is trickky, some manufacturers print the same code on diffirent devices

if they are both from the same device, then it's quite resonable to assume it is a BCW30(C2) - BCW32(D2) pair, wich are complements to each other
