Can anybody help me? I want to design a powerfull tankbot with tracks but I dont know how to.I want it to drive just like a real tank.

This is an electronics forum, not a robotics forum.

There is a robotics section to the forum.

Forget about powerful tanks unless you have lots of money or have your own machine shop. For small tanks you can use toy parts (or parts made for toy-sized tank robots easily found from websites places like Acroname, Solarbotics, or Nelwick Solutions), but anything larger with tracks that are actually effective and can be classified as powerful will cost you a few thousand ($4000 actually) at least, or you will have to become a very very good machinist.

A nice small tank platform kit is:

You can get separate tracks (plastic or rubber) and their corresponding gears and sprockets from www.acroname.com, www.solarbotics.com, or **broken link removed**

This might give you some ideas. From another forum, a couple years old. The rest of the topic is at **broken link removed**
Hello.
I have developed a system to remote control something over the
Internet at my university LTH in Lund, Sweden. So I made a prototype 2 as a battle tank.
It is a model of a Stuart M5 Tank with a paintballkanon,
laserdoomweapen and red dot aim.
You can look at some pictures and movies here. https://www.gamereality.se/images/spegelbild.JPG https://www.gamereality.se/images/spegelbild2.JPG https://www.gamereality.se/images/spegelbild3.JPG https://www.gamereality.se/images/frm00004.jpg https://hem.passagen.se/gamereality/Klipp1.wmv https://hem.passagen.se/gamereality/Klipp2.wmv https://hem.passagen.se/gamereality/Klipp3.wmv

A good place to start is to buy a remote controlled toy car (a big one) and change out the body for your tank design. You can add weapons or other functions by using the transceiver and actuator parts from another RC car, and a second remote control.
