how to attached an indicator to a timer

I have a finished circuit of programmable delay timer. i dont know how to attach an indicator using digital or analog indicator.

How is the timer implemented? Analog, PIC or uController, digital logic???

Go to Roman Black's web site. Find the two-wire PIC to LCD interface. He has circuits and code...
