1.4 V, although that assumes that the oscilloscope lead factor has been included. If not it could be 14V, as many oscilloscope leads are x10.
The voltage is going in on channel 1, which can be seen as there is a lead on channel 1 and nothing on the other inputs.
The screen on the bottom left shows that channel 1 is 1 V per division. The marker on the left shows that the zero is a tiny bit below the mid line. The voltage line is just under 1.4 divisions above the centre line, so around 1.4 divisions above the zero marker, so with the gain of 1 V/division, that says 1.4 V
