Hi, I am using octal bus transceiver SN74ls245. I want the pins to have a default output voltage of 0 Volts when there are no inputs on both sides. I thought this would be the case but when I attach the tranceiver to a power supply, there is a 3.4 V output voltage on all pins (a-b). How can I do this without enabling the E input?
