heh just in case someone tries this and it doesnt work... that schematic is intended for NON-LATCHING relays. If you have a latching relay its totally different heh

Please not confuse ordinary users

Commonly used relay is Non-Latching, Special Purpose Latching relay is very rare, So my circuit can use for ordinary use.

You are correct. But when power consumption is a issue and a latching relay is needed people will use it. So i just wanted to add that small piece of information..
