Hello

i got a relay RY5W-K i wand to drive small currents at high voltage
(small lamps 5-10 Watt at 230Volts AC from wall plug)
their datasheet - > **broken link removed**

from the store they told me that i can connect 230Volts AC
but in datasheets sayng max voltage 0.5amp @ 120Vac

they inform me wrong or read datasheet wrong ?

hi,
I read the data sheet as 120Vac.?

Where do you read 220Vac.?:)

means 120 corrected

In that case its not suitable for 220Vac.:(

BTW: has the Greek mains supply voltage been harmonised with the rest of Europe to 230Vac.??

thanx

yes i can read 230vac from voltmeter for many years now.

dunno how many many years exectly but for the last about 8 years i work with electronics yes

hi,
What exactly are you going to control with the relay contacts.?

not somethink specific
small lamps , or small home appliances

but directly from wall plug

hi,
Relays like this would be suitable.
