how to Punch Cat5e wite on this RJ45 Female Jack

hi guys I need your help, I want to Punch Cat5e wire on this RJ45 female jack. so I like to know, which BLAD# & which PUNCH DOWN TOOL do I need to buy from ebay. Because this JACK install by BELL peoples in my Home. But I want to move my Modem to another Room, so I have to re-connect this RJ45 Jack to another location.
