How to search component to replace my burn RF inductor?

What have you done to destroy it?, and why not replace it with the same as the original one?.

Power on and for sometimes, it get burn.

I prefer a smaller type of Inductor, e.g. SMA

but need a value of 709 nH inductor.

What exactly is it doing?, what's the application? - and 709nH is a pretty silly value, considering it's tolerance of 5%.

If you're already burnt it out, then replacing it with a physically smaller one will make it easier to burn out.

application is An E type Amplifier.

How can we search for 709 nH SMA type? Is there any?
