How to simulate complex (non-library) components

Hello, for better understaning of of processes behind the circuits, I go deep into simulations, but first thing I faced - how to simmulate some IC components? What is regullar process for that?
I can handle basic analog devices through LT Scpice, but I don't know howto works with XL1509-5 and XL1509-3.3. Is there any way to simulate it? I saw that that some behaviour can be recoreded on the advanced oscilloscope and imported as text file, but I don't have those possibility.

Also I have access to educational license for Proteus, maybe thats somehow help.

When simulating in proteus, you do not need to know if a component works. You can just assume it will.
the XL 1509 3v and 5v will produce 3v @ x amps and 5v @ x amps. so when simulating the next part you just provide a 3v or 5v source and monitor the current

Many components can be simulated with behavioral models. In particular there are simulations of operational amplifiers that implement such a strategy to avoid having to do a transistor level simulation. Examples of behavioral sources are:
  1. Voltage Controlled Voltage Source
  2. Voltage Controlled Current Source
