How to test LCD display?

While I am looking to buy new LVDS cable, I have tried some things, if someone can recognize the issue.
I have examined the cable and wires seem to be fine, I have reconnected broken wires and tried to power up.
Screen is turning on but it has lines while loading Windows, sometimes blue lines, sometimes black lines.
Every time when login screen is about to show, screen goes black, turns off.
What can be the issue, LVDS cable or else?

After examining thoroughly LVDS cable, I have found 6 broken wires, so LVDS cable is bad definitely.
Hopefully it's just LVDS cable, but until I buy a new one, can't tell for sure.

I got new LVDS cable, and screen is working fine.
Computer is fully operational and ready for heavy computing!
