How we put this controller under computer

Hi

How are you guys & girls?

I 'm computer programmer so , I don't know lot's about electronic

When i try to put basic remote control car under computer it's work

but I buy another car with many feature when i open the remote it's like these picture

So what we call these Yellow & Green things?

Does anybody know how we connect this to computer?
