i need B1497 tr datasheet

I searched at google but i coudn`t find. This is nec product Tr also known 2SB1497. Somebody have of this Tr datasheet?

NEC says obsolete as of 2003, but the only data I see is

Functions Silicon transistor
Applications Low frequency amplification
Features High VCEO
Performances VCEO=-600V
Ic=-3A
HFE=100-400

2sbxxxx means it is a low frequency PNP transistor.

Two minutes with an ohm meter or diode tester should give you the Base.
