please i want to built a (dot matrix message sign).and i don't know where to start from please send me the circuit diagram and the procedur

First, it is rude to use such a large font.

Second, people tend not to be so compelled to help when you yourself have put no effort into researching at all.

Third, if you have no idea where to start, then perhaps you should start somewhere else (ie. something simpler).

Fourth, even if someone did feel like doing your project for you, they wouldn't be able to because you are so vague about what you want.
