Hello, I am currently an entry level engineer at Boeing. I am doing a simple demo on brushless DC motor speed control using PWM and a MOSFET.

My question is, should R1 and R2 equal to 10kohm if so why...


What issues might my circuit have... and what are the topics I should be reading to learn more about Motor Control. Any favorite books or sites?

R2=10K ok but R1 = 1K is a good value. Zenner isn't necessary here I guess.
