hi,

i need to make a touchlight with LEDs(30)and a charger for charging the battery.can any tell me how i can do this. you can as wel specify the DC battery rating for me.

I've seen some products you said. just not a touch. it can charging the battery, It is the common charging circuit.

Maybe OP means Microsoft TouchLight, a 3-dimensional computer control. Or TorchLight, apparently a popular RPG.
