I don't see any shading coils in it, which would eliminate it from being shaded pole.
I only see a single winding, so it can't be split phase.
It has the wrong kind of rotor to be either a hysteresis motor or a reluctance motor.
It would help to know what it came out of.

It could possibly be a non-capacitor split phase type motor, if there are multiple windings brought out to a single pair of wires. The windings would be such that one of them would have a much higher inductance than the others, causing the flux that it generates to lag that of the other windings, thus giving the rotating field.
