Identify SM5212

I cannot seem to locate the datasheet for SM5212. I can find MIC5212. If the two are the same then fine I'm just looking for the pinout.
This is part of a battery operated lamp with a touch sensor. Some of the traces have lifted off so I'm wanting to piece it back together as well

The MIC5212 ic is a totally different thing.

Attached datasheet of the SM5212 - it's in Chinese, so you will have to translate it if you want more than just the pinout details.

Looking at the pcb trace and now that I know the pin-out the VCC (4) and GND (3) make no sense. Can you help me understand ow this works connected like this?
