Looks like these hall sensors: https://telcontar.net/KBK/TESLA/Hall_ICs But could not find anything matching the number 280A.

Did it as any other numbers written on it ?
Or anything else in the box of parts that is related to it ?

No other numbers, and the parts box was just miscellaneous junk. I think tepalia02 has it right, it probably came out of a keyboard.

There is always a manufacturing part number assigned to every single spammy link deleted by moderator . It might be printed on this. It would be written in very dim and small size. Try to read this and find this part number on google. You would find the suppliers there.
