Hi.

What device did that part originaly belong to?

It looks like a heating element. Dark picture and little ambient light make it hard to get a overall look of the component.
 
5 pin,4x8 mm
is from a memory card reader.

patentu, you just answered your own question, and it might be a five pin connector but there's only two wires shown, there's no way to answer your question from the information given.
 
It's just a header connector.. Measure the center to center pin spacing and look on Digikey or any other suppliers website for an equivalent connector, they don't have highly detailed specific names.
