I want transformerless power supply with 24V 2 Amp and I think any existing cell phone battery adopter can do it for me. I have an DC adopter (5V 250 mA) and want some changes in the circuit to get my desired volt & amp. You can review the circuit of any of your adopter, as most peoples has such a adopters.
You may also suggest any other circuit that can provides me transformerless power supply with DC 24V 2 Amp.

You can't get from 5 volts 250 mA to 24 volts @ 2 amps. Discounting inefficiency you would need 5 volts at close to 10 amps to get to 24 volts @ 2 amps. 5 volts at 250 mA is 1.25 watts and you want 24 volts at 2 amps which is 48 watts. Where does the additional power come from?

The extra power comes from all the other websites where he posted this simple question.
He needs to learn how to do magic (to boost the power) since he doesn't know much about electronics.
