Interfacing many IMUs to an MCU

Hello all, I'm new to this forum and I need your help.
I'm working on a project in which 15 IMUs are used to obtain motion data of a patient. Each IMU has 9 analog outputs (3 axis accelerometers, magnetometers and gyros). the MCU being used is an MSP430fg47x with 48 IOs and one 16 bit
AtoD converter. 15 imus means 135 analog signals which need to be collected. Is there a way to multiplex them into the mcu, use a wireless link and/or serial communication (with time division multiplexing)?

how would you go about this issue?

I thank you in advance,

figassis

I would place an MCU at each IMU, then transmit via I2C to the central MCU. The satellite MCU could either have its own ADC and mux (e.g. Atmel ATMega8) on board or an external 9-input ADC.
