I would like to connect a pic to a liquid crystal display from digital watchs, pedometers, calculators, etc.
what are the requirements to light up a segment? :
eg, current cunsumption and voltages per segment?
Common ground , or common possitive?
Do the cystals run on dc or alternating current?
P.S I'm to old to be a student, and I'm only getting google to come up with 16x2 display modules stuff (wich I don't want).
Thanks
