No.
1) your micro has to handle 15V/200 ohms of current. I don't think it can.
2) your gate voltage can not get above 15V. So the MOSFET will not turn on worth much. You need to get the gate about 10 volts above the 15 volt supply. The BIG MOSFET Gate needs to have a voltage of 0 to 25 volts. That is what the IR2117 does.
3) to be fast the IR2117 can pump amps into the gate. The 200 ohms and BC549 can't do that.
I want a one transistor (BJT or MOSFET) amp between the micro and IR2117.
i did the full circuit using ir2112 in simulation later i will replace it with ir2117 in practice , i think it's working well now
pwm of MCU , on BJT collector, on output of IR2112 .
