ghostman11 Well-Known Member Dec 6, 2012 #1 hi, i have been looking at the datasheet and just wanted to check ive got the pinout correct as i think proteus has it wrong. the data sheet dosnt seem to use numbers for pins but i think its pin one = drain pin two = gate pin three = source is this correct?

ghostman11 Well-Known Member Dec 6, 2012 #3 thanks ian but i got toask... where does it actualy say wich is wich pin??or is it just a known convention?. normaly i use transistors and most of the datasheets for those lable the diagram with pin numbers
