Is +/-12V enough for this IGBT

I was Hoping I could drive it using a pair of pnp and npn transistors connected to +/-12V, the IGBT will be switching 300v in a short puls

is +/- 12V enough?

In the attached files you can see a portion of schematic diagram and the Gate-Emitter Voltage (waves) of your IGBTs used in a welding inverter wich I have repaired recently.
I used a 0-10MHz scope.
