Hi all,
I have a project that uses a 16x2 LCD array that utilises the SPLC780D controller. I am wanting to go for a 20x4 LCD but just want it to plug straight in and work. I was wondering if the HD44780 controller was essentially the same as there are various +5V LCD for sale on eBay.
Could somebody advise me?
