Is this circuirt burnt? Noob here

Hi, I have an Acer monitor model X221W and the power died on me. I opened up the monitor and was wondering if this circuit was burnt or not. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

i would say yes it is burnt, or at least its got very hot, enough to discolour the pcb. is there anything directly behind the burn mark???

Yes it's got hot but is typical.

However, image #2 in the lower left corner. It's badly out of focus but looks like the two caps circled in red are domed on top,

Can you show an in-focus image of the area in the blue circle.
