Is this spam?

The fact is you just have to be wary of anything strange on the internet. Sadly I know plenty of people who are still naive enough that if a popup pretending to be a system error, goes "WINDOWS ANTIVIRUS PROBLEM DETECTED! Click here and download and install the fix" with a little animated gif of a warning light, they will actually click it, download the file and install it. My mother in law will do this without hesitation and she is actually the technology director for public schools for the entire state of new york.

This is why we're all doomed =P
