ISO transformer query

I have a 'BLOCK' TIM 100 Isolating transformer, 230volt 50-60 Hz, and knowing most ISOs are expensive, wonder if this is indeed an ISO or not?

The BLOCK TIM 100 is sold by RS Components as an isolating transformer.

RS Components is a reliable supplier of quality electronic equipment (and other stuff).
So I guess that the Block Tim 100 does exactly what it says on the tin.
