Issues creating a PFM/PWM or PWFM combination in MATLAB for a Boost Converter

I am working on a two-phase boost converter (TPBC) which has produced and can produce soft-switching with ZCS and ZVS of the MOSFET transistors. This design does not require the use of any quasi-resonance techniques or technology. The design works well in LTSpice but for MATLAB realistic programming design for the PWFM is an issue.
The switching frequency for the two MOSFET transistors of the TPBC in LTSpice are variable frequencies and have slightly different frequency of its measured value(s) - up to 20kHz indifference (Max. PWFM pulse frequency up to 600kHz).
Note: the classical boost converter state matrix is a 2x2 formation with two main states - a) VT1 = 1; b) VT1 = 0. For the TPBC state matrix 4x4 formation and three main states - a) VT1=1, VT2 = 0; b) VT1 = 0, VT2 = 1; and c) VT1 = 0, VT2 = 0.
I am hoping collaborate with anyone in boost converter design field and publish article(s) with IEEE over our work base on the TPBC or any other related.
