I've tried to find a library in vain so resorted to draw my own. However, with a pin spacing of 1.25mm I can't find a hole/pad combination that will not give DRC errors. Anyone have any suggestion? Edit, the connectors are throught hole.
If I use a pad small enough that there is sufficient clearance between pads then I get drill size errors no matter what size hole I choose. Looks like I may have to stick with 1.5mm connectors.

hi Mike,
perhaps you can try with oval pads(shape-long)and adjust the drill and dia sizes.
i tried one JST connector from library of ver6.6.0 the actual spacing was 1.5mm
i reduced and re adjusted to 1.25 and changed pad shape. I defined the grid in mm and set as 0.25 and 0.125 as limits.
Please try once
The good news is I downloaded the dru file from https://dirtypcbs.com/ and all's well. The board shop can handle much smaller holes and clearances than the standard eagle ones.
Normally the PCB should (decent manufacturer) be able to be made with a clearance of 0.254mm so the pitch of the JST GH connector and the pads shouldn't be a problem.
