Killivolt has the right idea. Ever hear of Archimedes? He became a famous orator though he grew up with a bad speech impediment. What he did was to go down to the beach where no one was and put pebbles in his mouth and form words coordinating the pebbles in different locations on his mouth. This way he taught himself to deal with the complexity of speech.
