I am using 20 X 4 LCD & it interfaced with micro controller. I have one problem regarding its.
When power will ON, I initialised the LCD, but if it will OFF long time (2hr) & when it will Turn ON then it is disturbing.
so, plz suggest me.
Don't initialize the LCD until after the power has been applied for some time (say 100ms) The 2 hour time limit is likely an error (or intentional) condition which causes a reset that goes back to the LCD intialization routine after a period of two hours. You may be asuming that the LCD unit is ready for initialization immediately after power is applied which is an incorrect asumption.
Without a complete schematic of the circuit and the code associated with it we can do nothing but guess.
