LCD Plugin for MPLAB IDE?

Is there any way to simulate a LCD display on the PIC in MPLAB?

It's a pain to have to go back and forth with the hardware, and debugging is alot more tedious.

With MPLAB no, but the OshonSoft PIC simulator has LCD & GLCD support. If you have a hardware debugger like a PICkit2 or ICD2 you can debug with the hardware.
