LCD Recommendation

I need a graphic monochrome LCD for a low volume (100-1000 per year) device - maybe 40-50mm by 60-70mm, or ~2.8" to 3.3" diagonal viewable area, so on the small side. Does anyone have a good source for LCDs in those volumes at those sizes?

I've found a few suppliers (like Newhaven and Crystalfontz), but I was hoping to get these for below $10. Thanks!
