I wont to construct a outdoor staying lamp.
and when the sun go down the lamp light.
I think to use a foto resistor , a transistor and reley
the lamp must be at 220v

You may try this one.
Make sure the relay's contact switch is capable of holding your lamp's current. It should be rated 220Vac. Just stay on this forum, others will help you, in case this one will not work.
