Hi there,

Anyone know how to connect LM35 directly to computer parallel port or serial port and using programming language like C++ or VB to read the temperature value ? Thks alot.

No, because you can't. The LM35 outputs an analog signal and the parallel and serial ports are digital. You need an ADC, or a PIC with an ADC, to convert the signal to digital.

Could you give us a more direct link to this? I've searched through all kinds of their PDF's and haven't found anyhting about that temp sensor. I would like to point out also, that Parallax is a great company and has great documentations (available for free) on tons of things.
