Sure - have a look at the CD4053 chip. It is basically just a set of 3 SPDT CMOS switches in an IC. The diagram is a little confusing, but pin 14 would be equivalent to pin A on your diagram, pin 13 would be like pin A0, pin 12 like A1, etc. The control for that first switch is pin 11 - setting a logic 1 would make that switch flip from the "ax" to the "ay" position. Pins 6, 7 and 8 go to ground. Pin 16 is the supply, +5V for TTL signals. You could wire up that same circuit using these chips.
