looking for someone to buid programer

hi there i'm looking for someone to build a programer and a pogram to program a atmega 32L chip with 44 pinout i would like it to clip on the top side of the chip like a wii clip as i have a few to program as to jtaging is to long of a procceses. or any other ideas that might work .thanks
