After reading the wiki entry on it, I realized that an excerpt was on either the SAT or ACT when I took it a few years ago. They gave a quick summary and had us analyze a passage.

Might have to grab it, although I don't know if I have the time to read it.

Speaking of the ACT/SAT, i need to register soon!

It is a fairly short book, with larger text, so it shouldn't take you too long.

I'd second anything by Vonnegut. Currently my favourite book would probably be "Riddley Walker" by Russell Hoban. My other current favourites are "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time" by Mark Haddon, the Hitchhiker's Guide (always on my list), and my perennial favourite is "Dhalgren" by Samuel R. Delaney.
