If we suspect that you are making a post because you lack the ambition to root out the answer on your own you should be prepared for some verbal tongue lashing. I consider it the height of rudeness to ask a question without some background on your efforts to solve your own problem. If you can't take critical comments here on the board how are you ever going to survive when a coworker or your boss is critical of a design you came up with. It's time to take your ego out of the equation.
