Do you have Winzip or WINRAR on your PC, I just downloaded it from site
and it opened fine with Winzip and then extraction ran with mBlock. Of course
you have to have mBlock 5 installed as well.
Note when you do that, if you click the "</>" symbol on right you can see the code
mBlock generates.
