mean well rsp1500-12 power supply

hi guy,s
does anyone know where i can get a data sheet for this switching transformer or
where i can get a replacement?
all i have is the code on the transformer

As far as I'm aware, all such transformers are custom, so no datasheets and not available, other than as a spare part from the equipment manufacturer.
